This exercise was very different from the other ones to say the least. We of course did life drawing but this time we actually used colour for painting while still working with tone. Which is really interesting and kind of irregular as you usually work with tone either with black and white or with the actual colour the object is. It was quite challenging to work with colour as light, mid-dark and dark shades. And not using the colour to actually colour the picture, but just to tone it.
